Final Cut Pro System

If you could spec out a FCP system any way you wanted, how would you?

    Seriously though, were I to spec out a Final Cut Pro System....



    The CinéWave HD card from Pinnacle looks nice. Grab a G4 tower dualie and max out the ram, and spec out a nice Ultra160 cabinet and drives and I think that would be just fine. Add a 19" Sony Multiformat Studio Monitor, roland monitor speakers, beta deck, and I think you'd have a fairly nice system.



    You looking to pick up a FCP system, or just dreaming?

    Actually we have over sixty Avids. We just want to do some R&D with a Final Cut system.



    BTW, we only use Genelecs none of that Roland stuff. Thanks for your opinion though.
