What are those oval stickers on the back of cars?

Is there a name for those oval stickers that are white with black ink that people have on the back of their cars to say where they have been?



I want to get some.....

    ??? Are'nt they the stickers you're supposed to display when visiting a foreign country to let them know where you're from?

    searches are not discriminating for if a store is good.

    they are NORMALLY supposed to indicate in which country your car is registered in.



    except to those are the americans who use the country code bumper stickers to show off their ancestors origins .. which is not what they are for.
