XP-Outlook Data to ICal and Adressbook

Hi There!



is there a simple, cheap version to transfer all my Data (Mails, Contacts, Calendar-Data and To Do´s) from Outlook 2003 on XP to my new MAC?



Are there any free progs that help me with that?



And another Problem: I´ve got an ipaq 2210 and dont wanna spend more money on a small prog.



Is there a free prog like missing-Sync on the Web?

    This is free and outputs the data in outlook to a variety of formats. Mail and contacts should be no problem.
