BTW, is this in a dorm room or a rental unit and does your landlord know? Otherwise there might be some fireworks when you move out and attempt to get any rental deposit back.
actually it's home. i'm the youngest in my family, so no one else will be living in this room when i leave in the fall. i've been coming back for summers, but not after this one. the parentals dont care.
This thread seems to have died a death, so I thought I'd post my picture of what my setup looked like last month. I'll post a new picture when I get a new mac next month. The emtpy cradle in the CD rack is for my camera by the way. I'll check back in soon with a new pic....
Had a bit of a system overhaul, so I thought I would kickstart this forum and post some new pics. My trusty old iBook (see above) was sold and I now have a 1.42GHZ Mac Mini with a 20in Cinema Display, bluetooth keyboard/mouse and JBL Creature speakers. The CD rack is a little fuller since the last picture, but the iPod mini still remains - I am holding out for a 5th gen iPod as my next system upgrade.
See you if you can spot the mini...
Taken with a Casio Z40 (hence the Casio camera dock in the CD rack)

Hold on, maybe Apple gave me a 23in by mistake ....
Oh, sadly not. Seems to be that the photo makes the desk look really small, so the screen looks big in comparison.
