Import calendar from Palm Desktop to Entourage?

How do I go about imputing my calendar from Palm Desktop (I no longer have the Palm, but I've been using the program still as my desktop calendar) to Entourage 2004?



I've tried to make a .csv file and transfer that, but either I didn't know what I was doing, or was just missing a step.
