Problem with Excel

I'm having a problem with Microsoft Excel, in Office 2004.

Whenever I close Excel, no matter what I've had open in it, I get the following message:

"Compile error in hidden module: AutoExec"

I have to click "Ok," when that message appears, to make it close. Any ideas? Thanks.
