Ram on my G5 not recognized

this is the type I ordered...

I don't think I installed it wrong.

The sticker was facing up, and I believe they are in there very tight.



My stock is 256mb...so you can imagine my frustration.



Please help ASAP!

    Are you sure you installed the two sticks in properly paired slots?
