Mac Mini DVI-to-HDMI Overscan - Help?

I'm putting my mini into my Home Entertainment center because I really want the iHome, even though I know the market isn't ready yet and that Apple is right to wait; I want my iPhotos, iTunes etc. on my TV instantly.

My 720p HDTV (Hitachi 50VS810 RP LCD)has an HDMI in. I've got the cable to convert DVI to HDMI and can connect no problem. However, with the resolution set to 1280x720 (the actual pixel resolution of the display) there is an unnacceptable level of overscan that crops part of the dock and the entire Menu Bar.

I've downloaded RESOLUTIONX as I'm told this will allow me to make the changes nexcessary to overcome the problem, but I can't figure it out (just have the demo version, which won't let you save etc, but I don't want to pay up until I know if it will work),

Anyone have advice, tips, instructions? Even those of you not putting your Mac Mini in your HT have probably tried hooking up your Powerbook to an HDTV, Thanks in advance...
