Did anyone notice that the new daddybook has a different battery tech? It's like a lith-ion prismatic battery. What impact do you think this type of battery could have on the other models when it pans out?
From what I've read prismatic LiIon cells are not round but rather square. This means that there's no wasted space in a square battery. This in turn leads to higher energy density of the battery. Of course, I assume the higher density makes it a tad heavier too. Note that I might be completely off base. I hadn't heard of prismatic technology before the keynote.
