Anyone know how the 17" looks inside?

in Current Mac Hardware edited January 2014
Anywhere on the net where we can see it without its close on? I really want to know what they use all that space for. X-ray, repair manual or simply a stripped version. The same goes for the 12" (for the opposite reason)

They won't let you see the inside of the 17" PowerBook because it houses a built in RDF Generator.

Repair manuals are only for service technicians.

we had the repair manuals for the flat panel iMac out on the web like 2 days after it's release...i thought it was a great little read and i was able to help people who had heat kernal panics who opened up their iMacs to add ram but didn't replace the thermal paste and pads....g

and i am far from a service technician....

Buy one, cut it open and post the pics on here

    or you could try a fibre optic cam through the cd-rom. <img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laughing]" />
