Using an audio mixing borad with Final Cut Pro

I know Final Cut Pro fairly well, but I'm slowly realizing that having an actual sound board with 10 or so sliders would be great for mixing sound within FCP. The problem is that I'm not sure if FCP supports such a device. I'm looking for a real board to be used instead of the virtual mixing board tool, but that would produce the same effects. I guess it would have to have some sort of digital interface. Is this integration possible? If so, please direct me to some sound boards. Thanks.
