iMac G5 memory question

Ok I have a iMac G5



Here is what I bought........ 2 sticks of "KVR400/1GR"



>> Kingston

>> 1 GB PC 3200 CL3

>> 184 pin DIMM



turned on.... seems to work fine..... but is 100% compt. ?

    The price I paid just seems to low..... Got it at C City and only paid 265$ per stick



    ECC v.s. Non ECC scares me \ ....Box said for desktop systems tho...hmmmmm .... and again, as above it is 400/3200/184pin

    the specs are fine, the iMac G5 is a desktop. 1GB cost $256 from crucial so pretty closde price wise. Also the iMac uses non-EEC ram. If you're unsure, check with Apple or Kingston.
