iBook Logic Board replacement

Hi



just wondering what you do if your iBook starts showing logic board problems



For the logic board replacement programme

Do you need to show any proof of purchase (recipts e.c.t) and just send it off to Apple. Do you have to pay for anything including the postage costs?
