Just ordered Airport Extreme Basestation...

I just placed an order at my campus computer store for the Airport Extreme Basestation w/ Modem and Antenna port for $224



Has anyone got thiers yet? I'm excited for the wireless printing- 'cause right now I have to drag my iBook over to my printer and plug it in 'cause the USB cord isn't long enough.



Another cool airport thing- Today I was in class and noticed someone had an TiBook so I turned on my airport and he had his on so we used iChat and we chatted during class. It was funny I guess....

    USB Printing is a god send, but I've just got a small network going in my apartment. ie. not 802.11x My airport card is mostly for war driving and leeching others bandwidth.

    Yeah, I got mine via FedEx today... I ordered it the day that it came out. in fact I am using it right now. It works great. The wireless printing is a great feature. This thing rocks!!!!

    well- I check the on-line apple store and shipping time is like 2-4 weeks



    and the computer store said it should be in within 10 days- but I doubt that....



    I'm excited!
