I was looking up mac mini reviews when I came across this one. I can't believe this guy gets paid to do computer reviews.

but it's nice to see there is an endless supply of fanbois with righteous indignation that don't get that it's a joke.

I just don't get why anybody would fall for that fake review.

ill admit the one thing PC land is good at is distorting the truth. of course that review was absolutely absurd, but from every PC user i talk to they say apple sucks. when i ask why they say theyre expensive and crappy machines. of course then i get into a delightful argument, but the point im trying to make is that somehow these people have grow to hate apple because of claims without legitimacy. obviously these ideas are being spread to these people from someone in pc land. but lets be realistic, why doesnt apple just put out commercials for their products again. its absurd for any apple loving consumer to have to listen to such ridiculous claims. or allow the public to see their machines as this. apple should make commercials shooting down every glimmer of hope for PCs and change these ppl who are too stubborn to go to an apple store and test drive a product.

me: do u have an ipod?

    them: yes

    me: do u love it?

them: yes its a great machine.

me: well, u should really consider getting an ibook. mine lasted three years and still works perfectly. the base model is only a grand.

them: eww no. apple is only good at making ipods. their computers stink.

let this end apple. take a stand already. its sickening.

*sigh* we can't take things too seriously, but it is sad that there are people in pee cee land that could read that mini review and believe it word for word....

While there are people in so called "PC land" who like to distord the truth and suffer from plain ignorance, nobody is better at it than Apple.

The latest "tech review" is pretty funny also. You'd have to know Windows spyware well enough to get the joke.

I don't know what's funnier - good satire, or those too dull to recognize it as such.

I actually started to get wound up reading that, until I got to the end and found out either the guy is a total spanner, or he is taking the p**s. The only problem is, there are actually people like that who try and run Office 2003 on a Macintosh and search around looking for the Disk Defragmenter.

    Grrr!!!!!

This has to be one of the funniest websites I've read in a while. Thanks for the link. I laughed 'till I cried with some of the "reviews" LOL

"One thing many home computer users are concerned with these days is viruses and all the time they consume. Linux zealots will try to say that their platform isn't plagued by things like email viruses, but with Windows XP I don't gotta worry about emailing viruses to my friends and family at all. The built-in email client Outlook Express does it automatically, in the background."

The sad part about all this is that there are really people like the anti-mac guy in the fake review and the little american girl in the "mooslim" blog. I have met them, i have seen them, I have read their stuff, I have seen them on TV, and I have even argued with them. So, although the fake review is funny it's also pretty depressing.
