Set Expose for F14,F15,F16

I have a FP iMac and I needed to get a new key board so I got a Apple one and I noticed it has an F14, F15, F16 keys. I don't think my old keyboard did so I figured it would be a good idea to set expose to those since they are seperated from the other function keys. However, when I go into the control panel there is no F14, F15, or F16 listed. Why and what can I do to set those for expose? Thanks.

    F14 and F15 are used for brightness, and therefore can't be used. F16 - I've got no idea.
