ipod photo 30GB - where to buy?

hi...

can someone please point me to any store in San antonio, Texas, that would sell the new ipod photo (30GB).. can't possibly find one and i must buy it untill the end of this week, since i'm flying back home (Europe) on sunday.. I'm really sad about it... really looked forward of buying it any help would mean so much!!!

    Hi, I checked compusa.com and the iPod Photo Digital Media Player, MP3 / Photo, 40GB is available in LIMITED QUANTITIES at the South Austin Superstore

    South Austin, TX 78745 (512) 899-9221.



    It's not in San Antonio but that's fairly close. You should call before going there though.

    If you don't mind getting a new 40GB iPod Photo you could go here and buy it directly from apple with warranty. It's only $30 more over the new iPod Photo 30GB and for that $30 you get a firewire cable, av cable, dock and case (I have one of the 40GB and I love it). If you need to get a new 30GB one still then go directly to apple's website and if you're a student get the educational discount and it will be waiting for you by the time you get home since there is only a 1-2 day wait.

    yeah... i'd really like to get the 30GB one - already over budget.. but i don't really understand how to order it on apples site, coz i don't have a home adress (staying at a hotel), plus i don't understand how to pay for it - don't have a US credit card..

    You can't buy stuff on Apple's website without a US billing address on your card. You can, however, buy Apple stuff on amazon.com with any other card. I've done that myself. They accept international cards.

    There's a Fry's in Austin, about 1 hour from San Antonio. It's your best bet.
