info mgmt on OS X? mailkeeper or equiv?
back on classic OS, i used a great nisus product called Mailkeeper.
the app organized information into a database that could be filtered with multiple keywords bound to each entry. by activating a pattern of keywords, the user could hone in quickly to matching entries.
the best part of the app was system-level hot keys for adding new entries. when entered, mailkeeper would automatically scan for keywords within the text, and also allow custom keyword binding. made it really easy/quick to add entries.
the mailkeeper webpage is still alive, but only shows an OS 9 rev. i just emailed nisus asking about an OS X native version.
in the meantime, pinging to see if there are other similar apps for OS X that folks would recommend.
