Here is the deal:



every single announcement (or so it seems) from Apple

seems to be somehow guided if not posted by

this investmentbank (or are they only analysts).

Are they invested in AAPL in the end?



So my guess is-are they neutral at all?





someone must know more.

    In a nut shell there an Investment Bank. They spend heavily in their statistics and analytics plus being credited with some of the most talented crystal ball readers in the market. There kind of like Think Secret in the Apple rumor world, right more time then wrong. However their credibility came to question in 2003 when they got slammed with a $32.5 fine from the SEC for quote, ?having distributed research reports that were not based on principles of fair dealing and good faith, accepting payments for research without disclosing such payments (regulators have assessed the amount earned at approximately $1.8 million), and making undisclosed payments for research (approximately $430,000). They do not have any links or ties with Apple directly however I remembered hearing something about Steve using them for a market study on Apple buying Next.
