Genius Bar - live or die?

The Genius Bar is our help forum which is slow.



Should we keep it or should we get rid of it and leave people to post their tech support questions in the respective technology forums?

    When I've needed it I've found it useful, a life-saver even, so I've voted to keep it. It makes sense to me to have a specific place for such problems rather than to have them lost amongst other threads .

    Whatever the people vote for I will do my best to get enacted. I'm not an administrator, but our administrators are very good people who do what they do out of concern for the community. I am confident they will play along.

    Without a late surge it looks like Genius Bar is spared the axe.

    And 2 days later Genius Bar is saved: 25 for keeping it, 16 wanting to be rid of it.
