Games for girls

Hi, the gf likes stuff like bejeweled and zuma, I know that at least bejeweled is avaiable for mac but I was wondering if there were any freeware games along the same lines (and that are quite good obviously) Something like hoyles puzzle games....

    The wife was addicted to MarioKart for a while. Tried to get her into Paper Mario but she didn't like all the fighting, it bored her.



    Now she watches crap television. I need more GameCube diversions, STAT, or else I'm stuck having to talk about Dr. Phil with her.

    Donkey Konga and a couple of pairs of Bongoes is my recommendation. Jungle Beat's supposed to be good too.



    For a weird (and kind of expensive) 'game' for the Mac, check out Journey to Wild Divine, for bio-feedback-enhanced new-age craziness.

    get a handle on installing it on your mac, and sourcing games, i'm sure you'll do fine ;-p



    then try to find old early 90's lucasarts adventure games... she might like it, and you both might have fun trying to solve puzzles and adventure together or just something fun for her to do...



    Indiana Jones and Fate Of Atlantis is trippy and intriguing

    Day of Tentacle is downright hilarious



    LOOM is a f8cking amazing yet 'simple' f8cking mindtrip game... i don't necessarily condone recreational drug use if your not into it, but let's just say it's pretty mystical without any 'aids'



    and who could forget the adventure and wackiness of monkey island 1 and 2



    there's also Myst if you wanna go old skool though you'll have to run that in classic mode os 9, i think
