All right, I bought one of these USB bluetooth things last year because I got a BT phone. I don't even know where it is now and I don't care.

So how many of you actually use bluetooth (keyboards & mice don't cout)?

This will be an official scientific study and I will be sending the results to Harvard.

Remember, keyboards and mice don't count.

All I've got is a BT keyboard and mouse. Next phone I get will have BT though, and I'll sync it like a mo fo.

I'm not a big fan of Bluetooth since it has little to no industrial usefulness. That is, it's not at all robust. Furthermore, it just gets in the way of WiFi signals, which are much more robust, are faster, and, as has come to be the case, don't require much more power to drive the baseband and MAC layers.

well you need an option in the poll for people with non-bluetooth devices. if i had a bluetooth phone i would use the syncing all the time. at this point though, it seems wireless USB is gonna overtake bluetooth the second it goes mainstream.

There is an option for people without BT, it's "I don't have it."

You can't say what you would do, because you don't know what you would do.

Then you don't have the equipment necessary, so you still "don't have it".

I'd use it more if my v710 wasn't crippled...

that moto headset charges with the same cable? how much was it? Are there other similar moto models? I might have to look into one of those...

I use it to sync my Treo and to pass small files back and forth between it and my Mac ... that's about it.

look at the headsets i believe all moto headsets use the same as the phones at least with the v551. i got the $99 one that as you unfold it it turns on, have my phone on automatic detection of MY headset (won't connect to another BT device unless i attach it)

go to a store and open packages, compare plugs.
