Trying to hook up network printer???

I have a Canon ip3000 hooked up to my eMac and on the same router a PC with a Epson R300. Is there anyway for my Mac to see the R300 hooked up on my PC using the same network? I have both computers hooked up so I can share files from computer to another. Thanks
