Does Apple's TS preclude them making Blogging software?
I'm wondering on whether Apple will eventually add Blogging features to .mac after the case against Thinksecret.
Kind of makes you wonder how Apple will respond to Blogging since their case has been built on how Bloggers aren't "real" Journalists worthy of protection.
I'd like to see Apple create Blogging software but somehow I doubt they'd be that fair after all they went from "Think Different" to "Litigate Different"

The .Mac website already offers links to third-party blogging software (namely iBlog & Blogwave Studio for those who don't click on links).
Semantics aside, I think the argument can be made that most blogs are of a 'personal diary' nature rather than 'journalism'. Teen angst may be news to some, but not me.

.... I don't see Apple having a problem with it, unless it's the personal diary of someone in Apple R&D....
