AE Basestation Crapping Out...

I have no idea what my basestation is doing, but ever since I got back from spring break my computers sometime don't load anything while browsing.
My iMac stays connected and stuff and has a good IP, but it just doesn't load any web pages.
I'm in a dorm so there are a lot of student around- could someone be blocking access or something? I have it password protected using 128 bit WEP and it's running firmware version 5.5.1.
Any ideas?
P.S. If I turn off airport on the iMac and turn it back on it starts working again.
