what is the difference between "airport setup assistant" and "airport setup assistant for Graphite or Snow"?

    One is limited to older graphite/snow models of AirPort?

    Yep. The original Airport Base Station was a graphite color, and had very few features compared to other models. Next was the Snow base station, which was the traditional off-white and supports 802.11b for wireless. And now, we have Airport Extreme in a few different flavors, which is 802.11g, and those support a lot more features than the other two.
