Repairing Permissions

every time I repair my permission this file get "fixed"..

./System/Library/Filesystems/cd9660.fs/cd9660.util. New permissions are 33261

what is the story threre?

    I donno but I get the same thing with the exact same file.

    So is the new two that appear together under it, which say jobs.var and spools.var... or something like that.
