Is there such a thing as a wireless/wired combo cable router? I need wired in order to connect my old Mac to my new one via ethernet and I need wireless so my girlfriend's iMac in the next room can get online with my cable modem. Is there something out there that will allow me to do this?

Thanks!

If I'm understanding you correctly, then just about any wireless router should work for you, most of them have anywhere form 2-4 Ethernet ports to connect computers via regular 10/100 cables, and then you can connect any comps with wireless cards through the wi-fi. Just look around at D-Link, Linksys, or any other manufacturer and fine a cheap deal... use Techbargains for some pointers.
