South Park: PSP and feeding tubes

I hope at least of few of you were lucky enough to see tonight's south park. I thought it was brilliant how they worked in the feeding tube problem. I also agree with their "resolution" at the end of the episode. But that's beside the point. Anyone else see the episode?
