Java 1.5 on Tiger

Does anybody know if Java 1.5 will official ship as part of Tiger in XCode?

    The rumor is that Java 1.5/5/Tiger will be a part of MacOS X 10.4 (Tiger). To my knowledge Apple has not given any official word on whether it will be shipping with 10.4 from day one, or if it will be added on later.
