recording iChat converstations?

Hi, my daughter is in the USA and I am in canada and I chat with her on iChat.. she is 3. I am wondering if there is a way to record those video chats of my daughter? Anyone have any ideas on how to record the video window?

might work.
I wonder if the first link actually captures both sides of the conference.
Tiger's multiple party video/audio chats might make this more challenging/interesting.
