If its a 2000 series laser printer then yes, according to <a href="http://gimp-print.sourceforge.net/p_Supported_Printers.php3" target="_blank">Gimp-Print</a> the entire 2000 series laser jet HP series works. If thats not it you can follow the above link and check their supported printers page. Open source unixy goodness... see what OS X gives us.
Thank you everyone for letting me know that there are Mac OS X drivers for the HP psc 2210. I now have two other questions. Am I right that I only need a USB cable? Also, are there any reccommendations on what USB cable I should get?
pretty sure you need a usb to printer cable...slightly different than a standard usb cable as one side (the printer side) is fatter....i have no idea why they don't up the price 10 damn bucks and include the cable that you freakin need to make the thing work....sigh...brb
I don't know why USB cables are $20 when they cost BestBuy $2. Yup there is actually a way for employees to look up the actualy cost of the cable and it is infact $2... god thats what I call markup. The cable you need is a normal USB peripherial cable and one long enough to reach between the computer and the printer... USB 1.1 cables will do nicely.
