Does the dock for (white) iPods work with iPod minis?

I own a 3G iPod (15 GB) and the dock that makes syncing and charging very convenient.



I know there is a (smaller) dock for iPod minis, but I'd like to know if iPod minis work on the bigger kind of docks specially designed for white iPods.



I'm asking this because I'm planning on purchasing an iPod mini and I wouldn't like to have to buy a special dock just for that model.



Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Unfortunately I believe you'll need to buy separate docks.
