Hi, I have developer access to the latest Tiger build 8A425. Is this the GM? My question is, is it safe to install this build on a production system?

    uh... no.

If you're a developer you SHOULD know that this isn't the GM version. 28 is.

Well, I'm just not shure if it is the GM. I payed the 500$ to support Apple and to get accecs to the latest software updats, and all the software references there.

I do not develop hardcore programes, only small things. I work as a sys admin.

Anyway, AFAIK, Tiger GM has NOT been seeded to developers.

Actually, the developers I know only speculated that *28 was the final build. They don't have any real idea, and have been looking at the rumor sites for their info. No word from the mothership on the final yet AFAIK.
