M-Audio PreUSB not seen in system profiler (HELP!)
Hi,
Any thoughts much appreciated....
I had my M Audio Preusb guitar interface working fine with Garage band, but plugged it in recently with no success.
It's interimitently seen in the system profiler as "Unknown" then gone when you refresh....
I've repaired my permissions, did a hardware check (which was fine) uninstalled and reinstalled the latest drivers with no success....
I took it over to a buddy's place who is also running 10.3.9 and it worked fine so it's not the device....
I checked with M-Audio support FAQ and got the latest drivers, so success....
I'm kind of concerened though that it's not consistently seen in the Apple System Profiler....
I don't have it connected via a hub either and both port on my ibook G4 have been tried....
