Converting AIFF to Real Audio

Anyone know a program I can use or download to convery .AIFF files to .RM files for real audio on OS X?

    ffmpegx can probably do that if you install the realplayer extras.

    I think if you download the right files here and install them correctly it adds realplayer support. However, I have never used it so I don't know if it works. (FFMPEG is a bit finicky for me.)
