Apple's web feedback team - do they actually exist!?
Why doesn't Apples web feedback team ever act upon visitor suggestions or bug reports.
I reported that www.apple.com/macosx/feedback/thankyou.html is unreadable, due to a problem with the new back tiger theme weeks ago, yet they've never bothered to do anything.
In the past I've done similar things and nothings happened. DOnt know why I waste my time trying to help them
