Swapfile secure deletion

I have 3 partitions (two for OS X and 1 for OS 9). I want to install 10.4 using a clean install. After I backup my data, I want to reformat and if possible, secure delete the swapfile. Is this possible?



Can I delete it if I boot up in the other OS X partition and drag it to the trash?
