Tiger on old iBook == lag?

I'm debating something that maybe you guys can help me with. I'm debating whether or not to upgrade to Tiger on my iBook. The reason why I'm a little hesitant towards the upgrade is because my iBook is rather old, and I'm not sure if I'd really get anything out of the upgrade. Below are the specs of my iBook's, please let me know what you think:



600 MHz (G3)

640 MB SDRAM

8MB Video

40GB Hard Drive

    My iBook's specs are similar and Tiger runs quite nicely on it. I don't regret upgrading.
