How 2 burn video_ts TIGER

How can I burn a VIDEO_TS folder in Tiger so that I can watch it on a DVD player. Toast 6.09 or whatever the last version is and Popcorn 1.0 both are not compatible with Tiger to burn VIDEO_TS movies...What can I do?!?!?
