Problems with Mail after installing Tiger
I upgraded from Panther to Tiger over the weekend. The new Mail doesn't work as it should for me. I'm not all that upset, as I use Entourage for mail, calendar, etc., but I am mystified as to why it doesn't perform correctly. When I opened Mail 2.0 for the first time, I was not prompted to import my mail from Mail 1.0. Instead, I get the menus (on the Menu Bar) *only*, and no viewer window opens unless I select "New View Window". My mail folders were imported in name only: none of the contents were imported. The old mail folders are still in Libraries\\Mail, along with the new ones. Weird. Is there any way to remove and reinstall Mail 2.0 only? Curious...
Smaller problems: a couple of programs that I use on a regular basis don't have a Tiger-ready version yet: Adium and PocketMac (sync engine that uses isync to sync by Blackberry with my Mac). Those are coming soon, as far as I know.

I also solved my mail problem: i had forgotten to disable the Panther Mail plugins before upgrading.
