GIMP and Tiger

Well, upgrade completed and very happy although now GIMP seems broken. It starts X11 and loads up what appears to be the startup screen for GIMP (small square in the middle of the screen which would show the application starting up, loading fonts etc) although without any of the information or graphics, all I get in the menu bar is the word GIMP with options to quit.



I'm using the most current one, 2.2.6 or whatever. Is it just a problem that is because it hasn't been updated for Tiger or is something fishy going on?

    Sounds like you used the Upgrade option, and it changed and/or moved a file GIMP needs to run. Best bet is to do a clean install/compile of GIMP.
