This looks pretty comprehensive, but before I read it, how different is the standard edition of Tiger from the server edition?
Darwin 8 is Darwin 8.
Areas that are targeting specific Administration tools will obviously be missing from Tiger Workstation but I'm sure your background in UNIX will figure this out.
I agree they should have published a series of Tiger UNIX PDFs for Workstation to alleviate any and all confusion.
Ah. In that case, you should hold off a little bit and pick up Learning Unix for Mac OS X Tiger when it comes out. I've heard good things about the prior edition, and I'm planning to pick up this one for myself.
