Outlook to Mail

Just got my 15" PowerBook. I want to make it so all my old e-mails on my outlook on my PC are in Mail on my PowerBook. How would I do this?

    Not too sure if this method works yet, as I'm still waiting for my PowerBook to arrive.



    Download Mozilla Thunderbird and start it up - it will ask you if you want to import any mail. Took about 30 minutes to transfer my 400MiB Outlook XP '.pst' file into several 'mbox'es.

    Burnt the mbox files (left as extensionless large files in Thunderbird's directory under Application Data.) to a CD ready for me to import them into Mail.app.



    I found this help document on the Apple website which explains how to import mail from mboxes.



    As I said, I haven't tried this method yet, so I am unsure if it will work.
