Mac sales booming? Or What?

Could this end up being another blowout quarter?

It seems to me that Amazon's "Top-Selling Desktop Computers" continually show Apple as the top 4 out of 5 (if not 5 out of 5).

Same goes for MP3 players, and Notebooks aren't doing too bad either.

Could it be that most PC vendors have way too many SKU's of each model, for one specific model to have any significant impact on sales results? Or is it simply that Apple is kicking some serious butt?

probably will be higher than last quarter, possibly higher than christmas 2004 quarter... most definitely higher than year-ago-quarter...

powermac sales may have declined yet again but we will never know because apple is going to report in july only Desktop and Notebook breakdowns on total Mac sales/ revenues/ profits/ etc.... IIRC
