Swapped a 300 GB hdd into my G5 iMac... :) ...tools and other comments

It is nice to have 300 GB in my computer. I think it will do until the 500 GB drives hit the market.

One thing I have not seen mentioned is that a Torx 10 is needed to remove the four screws holding the mounting hardware on the drive inside the iMac. Almost had a problem until I remembered I had a small set of Torx Screw Drivers.

Also, after I copied my cloned drive back onto my new 300 GB drive, spotlight is reindexing the drive. Can someone explain why? I didn't expect that, but I don't mind one bit.

Is the new volume name different? Not sure, but that or size change might trigger reindex.

When I formatted my drive, I named it the same as the previous one.
