No Quicken with UK iMacs?

I just spec'ed out and bought an iMac G5 for a family member and was somewhat surprised to find that Quicken wasn't bundled. I was sure I'd read that it was, in fact it appears that is only the case in the US.

It doesn't appear to be for sale in the Apple store seperately either. Anyone know the story here? Is Quicken a US-only product?
