how to check frame rates?

    /cg_drawfps 1 <----show FPS

    /connect ipnumberhere <-----connect to server

    /rate 10000 <---- lowers pings (sometimes)

    /cg_lagometer 1 <---- shows lag meter

    /quit <---- quits RTCW

    /reconnect <----- reconnects to the server you;re on



    Thats all I can remember for now. To remove anything just replace the "1" with a "0"
