Internet Explorer 5.5b1 for Mac

5.5b1 is the "Developer's Preview" released at the 2000 MacHack convention. Even with no other apps active, in its Preferences I get the message "The panel Languages/Fonts could not be loaded. It may in use by another application or it may be damaged." Do you see this too? Is there a fix?
