Got an issue on a windows machine and really need some help with it..



Quick summary:



Explorer.exe has taken over for iexplore.exe



Somehow it is spawning all my IE sessions.

    get a cheap used shotgun and a few shells, you'd be amazed how that can solve your computing issues...

    I thought that technically all processes are child processes of explorer.exe. Maybe that was only on the win9x code base.
